Today this week I made so Hockey Pockey biscuits. I did all by myself, Mum told me to do it because I am always lying in bed lol. This only took me about 15 mintues and another 10 to 15 mintues to cook in oven. I was going to decorate the bscuits but mum had to start making dinner so I just left them. Overall they were pretty good but they did taste like giner lol.

Hi Keyana. Well done! These look delicious! I wonder if you may have cooked them at too high a temperature if they tasted a bit "gingery" - you may have over cooked the golden syrup and this would give a bitter taste. May I suggest you make them again and check the oven temperature carefully and the placement of the tray.
