P.E (Fitness Testing)

For our Hurumanu we have been doing P.E of the end of last term and the start of this term. We have been doing a fitness testing about our fitness and what level we are on. I only have done a little bit of the fitness test because I have been injured so here are my results about the fitness test of last term. 

This was our second time doing the test. The reason why we did the test again was that to see if we've improved our fitness and compare it with our old scores from last time.

Finally all we had to do was the sit ups. I did 15 of them. We were not allowed to have someone stand on our feet to keep our feet steady on the ground, while we were doing the sit ups and we had to keep doing that to also see how strong we were and how many we could do.


Power - Vertical Jump Test

My Standing Measure was 2.3 and my Jump Height is 2.4


Flexibility - Sit and Reach
My Distance (cm) was nothing I didn't have anytime to do this too


Muscular Endurance - Abdominal Conditioning Test

Strength - Grip Strength
I didn't do this one, i didn't have anytime last term


Cardiovascular Endurance - Beep Test
